Terrorism

This cartoon shows both President Obama and his wife, Michelle Obama as a Muslim terrorist.  They are holding weapons and burning the American flag.  It is simply suggesting that the Obama's are terrorists that are now in power to destroy the United States. 

Political Party Fear

This political cartoon is a depiction of the first cartoon on this page but states the reactions of people (animals).  The donkeys represent the Democratic party. They are not afraid of The New Yorker cover, which drew Michelle Obama and President Obama as Muslim Terrorists.  On the other side is a group of elephants who represent the Republican Party.  They are trembling in fear, believing that both Obama's are terrorists and since they are in power their lives are in danger.  There lives could represent more the political parties and the fear that President Obama is not going to consider any of the ideas of the Republican Party.

Michelle Babysits the "Kids"

This cartoon depicts Michelle Obama babysitting the 'kids'.  They are not Sasha and Melea, but President Clinton and Hillary Clinton.  This is suggesting that the Clintons are childish and their actions need to be watched more carefully than that of actual children.  Michelle Obama watches angrily as the 'kids' watch television

Baby Obama 

In this political cartoon Michelle Obama is making a speech in which she states that "another four or eight years of the world as it is will devastate the life of some child."  The child whose life is being ruined is depicted as a baby Barack Obama.  The image is insinuating that President Obama is childish.  It is also a reference to education and its involvement or lack of involvement in the economic stimulus.


  

Dance with the Economy

This political cartoon shows President Obama dancing at one of the Inaugural Balls with an extremely unattractive woman labeled "economy".  Michelle Obama is in the background watching as her husband attempts to deal with the terrible economic conditions that are in existence today.
